Interim Ombudsman Update

As of July 1st 2025, the responsibilities of the AIMS Ombudsman will be temporarily overseen by Interim Co-Executive Directors, Mr. Jimmie Brown and Ms. Julia Li. This interim arrangement is in place while AIMS actively searches for an independent third-party organization to assume the ombudsman role and handle complaints. During this transition, formal complaints from parents/guardians, students, and staff will continue to be processed in accordance with AIMS’ Uniform Complaint Procedure. Individuals with unresolved concerns may now reach out to either Mr. Brown or Ms. Li for further assistance until a permanent third-party ombudsperson is in place.
